WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?

Please allow some time for processing, shipping time is 10-15 business days for items over $10. All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse. Once we have processed your order a carrier will pick up your package from our distribution center. Packages are scanned when they leave the center. You will receive a tracking number and updates every step of the way.

A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment.

Delivery

Your local customs office may force inspection of your package, which can delay estimated delivery time.

Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card will be left by the postal service to advise you about how and where your delivery can be collected.


HOW DO I KNOW IF MY PACKAGE HAS SHIPPED AND IS ON ITS WAY?

When your order has been processed and is ready to leave our distribution center, you will receive a second email with shipping information. Please note that the shipping confirmation email does not necessarily mean that the carrier (USPS or DHL) has picked up your package from our distribution center. Please use the appropriate carriers tracking features to determine when your package has been picked up and is in transit.

MY TRACKING INFO SHOWS MY PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED, BUT I NEVER RECEIVED IT

We know how important your order is! Pineapple Deals provides our loyal customers with the option to track your package. If the tracking information states that your items have been delivered but you have not received it, please check with family, roommates, etc. in the event they received it on your behalf. The package may also have been left with your property manager or apartment office.

If you are still unable to locate your package, we will contact the shipping carrier to discuss the issue and file a claim with them on your behalf.
